What is a pre-order?

• Pre-ordering is placing the order on a yet-to-be released item now to be received upon a later date. Illume Apparel makes each item specifically for each customer to ensure the best quality.

What size should I order?

• For measurements, please refer to our size chart What if I made a mistake in size?

• Please review your order prior to purchase as all sales are final. Once shipped, sizes cannot be exchanged.

What forms of payment do you accept?

• We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.


What if I don't have a Paypal?

•Paypal is not a required form of payment however is recommended if you have a pre-existing account.

Can I exchange/return something?

• If a product is defective, it can be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. All sales are final. Shipping

How long does delivery take?

• Pre-orders will take 2-3 weeks to process which includes printing time and shipping.

• Regular orders will take 3-5 business days for orders in the U.S but may vary with international shipping.

How much is shipping and handling?

• Pricing will be dependent on the order amount and location

Will there be tracking?

• There will be a confirmation email when your item has been sent that will list the tracking information.

What if I change my address?

• Please send an email titled "ADDRESS CHANGE", list your full name, the email the purchase was made under, as well as the corrected address. Be sure to update your Paypal information to prevent future issues.
